We'd be happy to exchange/return/refund any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with original tags.
  • Return/Exchange request must be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery.

If the product has not been shipped:

  • Contact our customer support team at +91-92194 45592 | +91-77030 79886.
  • Your order will be cancelled immediately and the amount will be refunded via the original method of payment.

If the product has been shipped:

  • Courier the product back to us at our Official Address:
    A-11-A Nirala Nagar, Ram Krishna Math Road, Lucknow - 226020
  • Full refund or Voucher/Coupon will be provided once the product is received.
  • Voucher/Coupon will be sent via E-mail/WhatsApp/SMS within 2 Working days (1 year validity).
  • Customer has to bear the cost of return courier.

P.S. Product will be accepted only if it reaches us within 10 working days from the date of delivery.

If customer paid twice for one transaction, the extra amount will be refunded via the same source within 8-10 working days.
